Abstract This article aims to present a model of how the decision-making process can drive development dynamic capabilities for generating sustainable innovation in cleantech companies. Cleantechs are highly technological organizations, one whose main characteristics is little or no use non-renewable resources produce any type product, service, process. The these technologies and identification opportunities market makes core competence this company. A multiple case study was conducted with cleantechs using qualitative approach, supported by content analysis technique. primary data collection carried out via semi-structured interviews, between October 2020 December 2021, an interview script as instrument. results provide that illustrates innovations, means categories reflect sustainability, spillover effects, toward digitalization clean technologies. scientific contribution presentation organizations restructure their business models develop digitally leapfrogging address bottlenecks related energy rationing, social inclusion through monitoring technologies, access low-cost renewable energy, other solutions.
